We test the tools, publish the scores and the weights behind them, and tell you which one to choose for your job. No paid placements.

Why trust these rankings

Tested, not summarised
We use the tools wherever we can, and every page says which ones we tested hands-on and which we scored from documentation.
Weights in the open
Each ranking publishes its criteria, how much each one counts and every score. The total is computed from them, never typed in.
Nothing for sale
No company pays to be listed or to move up. A tool earns its place on the scores, or it does not.
Dated and re-checked
Prices and features carry the date we checked them, and rankings are re-tested when the tools change.
